Key Responsibilities Outreach and Lead Management: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective students from provided databases and handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Sales & Enrollment: Guide prospective students through the entire application and enrollment process, handling objections and price negotiations to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Relationship Building: Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to successful enrollment. Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all student interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, Leadsquared). Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure a smooth student onboarding process. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, educational programs, and competitor offerings to provide relevant and current information. Required Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field is a plus. Experience: Proven experience in telesales, tele-counseling, or a similar target-oriented customer service role, preferably within the education sector. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus. Sales Abilities: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport and remain calm under pressure or when facing rejection. Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
