Hiring --- Quality Analyst Intern Location: Fonix Technologies, Vardhman Nagar-A, Patrakar Colony, Gopalpura Bypass, Near 200 Feet Bypass, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019 Experience: Up to 6 months of prior experience in Quality Assurance (QA) with knowledge of both frontend and backend testing. Education: B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or any relevant degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Employment Type: Internship ( 6 Months, On-Site) Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct manual and automated testing for web applications to ensure high performance, functionality, and scalability. 2. Perform frontend testing for UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and usability across different devices and browsers. 3. Test backend functionalities, APIs, and database interactions to verify data integrity and security. 4. Identify, report, and track bugs, defects, and issues using bug tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana . 5. Collaborate with developers to understand system requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases . 6. Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger . 7. Work with CI/CD pipelines to test software deployments in a DevOps environment. 8. Ensure security and authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, RBAC) are properly implemented and tested. 9. Support in performance testing and optimization for web applications. 10. Document testing results, bug reports, and improvement suggestions for the development team. Required Skills & Technical Expertise: - Frontend Testing: UI testing, cross-browser testing, responsiveness testing. - Backend Testing: API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools. - Database Testing: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (basic queries and data validation). - Bug Tracking & Reporting: JIRA, Trello, or Asana. - Security Testing: Authentication validation (JWT, OAuth, Role-Based Access Control). - Automation Testing (Preferred): Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (if applicable). - Version Control: Basic knowledge of Git, GitHub, or GitLab. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): - Knowledge of performance testing using JMeter or Lighthouse. - Experience in testing RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs . - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, or Azure . - Exposure to progressive web apps (PWAs) and real-time applications.
