Job Description

Scriptguru Digital Solutions is hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth across Pan India from our Dehradun office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling web applications, mobile applications, and custom software development services to startups, SMEs, and enterprises.

This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT services, and the ability to manage complete sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities across Pan India for web and mobile application development services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales, networking, referrals, partnerships, and online channels.
  • Understand client business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions in coordination with internal teams.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations from the Dehradun office.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships for repeat and upsell business.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and client feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the delivery team and support post-sales coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales within an IT services or software development company.
  • Proven experience selling web development, mobile app development, SaaS, or custom software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development services and digital transformation offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end sales independently.
  • Willingness to work from the Dehradun office.
  • Experience using CRM tools and structured sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling Pan India clients across multiple industries.
  • Exposure to enterprise or startup sales environments.
  • Basic technical knowledge of modern web and mobile technologies.
