Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description

We are a growing Facility Management Company seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling facility management services and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in facility management services
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, client meetings, and site visits
• Prepare proposals, tenders, RFQs, and pricing for FM contracts
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, property owners, and developers
• Coordinate with operations teams to define scope and ensure smooth service delivery
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
• Track sales activities and maintain an active sales pipeline

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in facility management
• Strong knowledge of FM services (hard services, soft services, AMC contracts, IFM)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
