Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company’s business growth by leading and coordinating sales functions, including client engagement, lead generation, marketing reports, business promotion, financial excellence, and technology innovation. You’ll work closely with the sales and market strategy teams to elevate our organization’s industry position through effective management and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Coordination:

Identify and generate new business leads, including referrals through existing clients.

Lead initial client meetings, inspire prospects, and present the company’s offerings effectively to ensure compliance service delivery.

Proposal Management & Negotiation:

Coordinate with the Manager on new inquiries, proposals, and negotiations.

Manage internal work orders, contract drafting, and follow-ups for agreements and purchase orders (POs).

Client Implementation & Support:

Assist with the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless implementation of services.

Provide continuous support to clients, resolving any concerns as they arise.

Sales Tracking & CRM:

Maintain regular updates on the CRM system, tracking business opportunities and sales progress.

Analyze current business performance, including growth rates, lead times, and financial projections.

Market Research & Strategy:

Provide valuable market feedback to the Market Research and Strategy teams.

Communicate emerging market trends and requirements to internal stakeholders.

Financial Excellence:

Ensure timely follow-up on billing, invoice clearance, and financial transactions in collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Process Optimization:

Identify and implement process automation opportunities to reduce lead time and enhance overall sales efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Post Graduate degree (Any field)

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Business Development or a related field

Skills/Competencies:

Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and business reporting systems.

Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Adept at negotiation, proposal writing, and client relationship management.

Additional Information:

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel will be required for client meetings and business development activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
