Job Description:

 Position - DGM/Zonal Head/Business Manager - HR Compliance

Location- Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana

Educational Qualification – Masters Degree in HR or MSW+ LLB or Diploma in Labour Law & Labour Welfare preferred

Minimum working experience in Compliances/Labour laws – 15 Years

Roles & responsibilities:

Effectively lead the team towards timely completion of the task to the satisfaction of Clients

Ensure timely Coordination with Clients, Front End Team and Corporate Office for timely completion of operational activities

Handle the team efficiently to keep the client side escalations under control at all times

Collaborate with the team to review S&E RC/CLRA RC & License/Trade License with team and drive for its completion

Coordinate with team managers to ensure zero outstanding and hold regular meetings with the clients

Ensure that the team is following all the compliance activities of clients as per the timelines

Ensure that the team is obtaining all the statutory data from clients and MIS is up to date at all times

Follow up with Managers on notice / inspection status and drive for its closure with support from Ops team

Extend support to clients in effectively handling inspections of authorities

Constantly keep abreast of the latest laws and regulations of the domain as well as ensure knowledge transfer to executives

Interact periodically with the Marketing Team to understand client expectations

DGM is responsible to handle a team of 30-40 employees

Any other task as assigned by the BH / CXO and management
