Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to oversee Factory Compliance Services. The role ensures adherence to statutory compliances under Factories Act, CLRA, BOCW, ESI, PF, Contract Labour laws, Environmental and Safety regulations, and other applicable labour & industrial laws. The candidate will act as a liaison between management, contractors, and government authorities to maintain a compliant and safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, CLRA, BOCW, and other applicable labour laws.
  • Monitor and maintain statutory registers, records, and timely submission of returns (ESI, PF, Labour Welfare, Cess, etc.).
  • Handle contractor compliance audits including verification of wage registers, ESI/PF contributions, and licenses.
  • Support and coordinate in obtaining/renewing factory licenses, labour licenses, and approvals from statutory authorities.
  • Conduct periodic compliance audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify gaps and ensure corrective actions.
  • Prepare compliance reports for management and face labour law inspections by government officials.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-10 years of experience in factory compliance / statutory compliance / labour law compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Factories Act, CLRA, BOCW, ESI, PF, and labour law notifications.
  • Experience in dealing with labour authorities, inspectors, and government officials.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and MS Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Key Deliverables:

  • 100% compliance score with zero non-compliance remarks from statutory authorities.
  • Timely renewals of all licenses & registrations.
  • Accurate submission of statutory returns before due dates.
  • Regular compliance MIS to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
