Business Development Manager (BDM)

Position Overview
Location : Feeld work
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven BDE/BDM with experience in the medical, healthcare, diagnostics, or pharma industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting doctors/hospitals/clinics, promoting company services/products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the medical & healthcare sector.
Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and build strong relationships.
Promote company products/services (medical devices, diagnostic packages, healthcare solutions, pharma products).
Conduct product demonstrations/presentations to medical professionals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service delivery.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales pipelines, and market feedback.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Medical/Healthcare/Pharma sales (mandatory).
Good relationship-building skills with doctors & hospital staff.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Knowledge of medical products/devices/diagnostics is an added advantage.
Valid two-wheeler & driving license preferred.
Education
Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
Background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotech is an added plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
