Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the medical/healthcare/pharma field. The role involves meeting doctors, hospitals, clinics, and promoting our medical products/services to generate business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the medical sector.

Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, doctors, and pharmacists.

Promote company products/services (medical equipment, pharma products, diagnostics, healthcare solutions).

Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals.

Conduct product demos/presentations whenever required.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Maintain and update daily reports, client database, and follow-ups.

Collect market insights and competitor information.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.

Required Skills

Experience in medical/healthcare/pharma sales.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to convince and influence doctors and hospital staff.

Good negotiation and customer relationship skills.

Self-driven and target-oriented attitude.

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

Education

Any graduate.

Background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology is an advantage.
