Tender Filling Executive

Job Location:-New Railway Road , Gurgaon-122001, Haryana, Near Sector-4.

Only a Immediate Joiner Required

Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Govt Tender preparation, Filling up of Online Tenders - will be an added advantage.
• Arranging and preparing the necessary documents, digital signature usage, studying evaluation
• criteria, deliver a timely and proper response to RFIs/ RFPs and ensuring tender submission is
• consistently ahead of the deadlines

1).Knowledge of GEM PORTAL and E-procurement system

2). Support marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and

tenders

3).They are also involved in preparing all the tender documents

4). Submission of these documents in the stipulated time period

5). Tender Coordinators require excellent organizational, Administrative , Product Knowledge and

Communication skill. Together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer services.

6). Sales Coordinators are responsible for Filling Offline & Online tenders.

7). Identifies Sales revenue trends by Searching New Clients for their Requirements.

8). Analysis Sales mix by customer and portfolio, including product penetration in departments.

9). Responds to any inquiries from the customers.

10). Make sure that sales order is delivered in a timely and according to the desires of the

customers.

11). Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer

interaction is of the utmost professionalism.

12). Make Sales Goals and sending Introduction Letters to New Companies for Vendor / Product

Approvals.

13). Maintain proper comparison sheets of the rates filled in tenders.

14). To generate Sales through existing and new customers.

15). The candidate should have completed Graduate in commerce.

Education- Must be a Graduate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
