Business Development Executive (Branding & Marketing)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for branding, marketing, and creative services through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and social media.
• Understand client requirements and industry, then pitch suitable branding and marketing solutions (e.g., logo & identity, social media marketing, performance marketing, website, content, campaigns).
• Create and present customized proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the strategy and creative teams.
• Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline by regularly following up with prospects and moving them through the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, proposals shared, and revenue closed as defined by management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, content, performance, accounts) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery as per client expectations.
• Conduct basic market research to identify potential sectors, decision-makers, and competitor activities in the branding and marketing space.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures in CRM/Excel, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Represent the company in client meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance visibility and brand recall.
• Gather feedback from clients and market to share insights that can help improve service offerings, pricing, and positioning.
• Stay updated on latest trends in branding, marketing, and advertising to have intelligent sales conversations with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
