Business Development Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to clients on the company's offerings.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
