We’re now expanding into U.S. and global markets, and we’re looking for a proactive, persuasive, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help us build relationships, generate opportunities, and close deals internationally. Role Overview We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can represent Bridgekala in international markets, primarily the U.S., Canada, and other global regions. You’ll be responsible for the entire business development cycle — from finding potential clients to closing deals — through telecalling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and sales presentations. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trust with decision-makers remotely. You’ll also collaborate with creative and marketing teams to build customized solutions that meet client needs and drive measurable success. Key Responsibilities Conduct email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads in international markets (mainly U.S. region). Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for Bridgekala’s creative and marketing services. Identify and research potential clients via LinkedIn, databases, and other lead generation tools. Create and send personalized cold emails and proposals to engage prospective clients. Schedule and conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and presentations with clients. Develop and deliver custom proposals, decks, and pricing structures. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor creative and marketing solutions that fit client objectives. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals confidently and profitably. Maintain and update CRM records — tracking leads, activities, follow-ups, and conversions. Create and present weekly sales reports on performance metrics, conversion rates, and forecasts. Ensure a smooth handover to operations/creative teams after closing deals, maintaining client satisfaction. Maintain strong post-sale relationships and explore opportunities for upselling or renewals. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written (neutral or American accent preferred). 1–4 years of experience in international business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition, ideally in creative, digital marketing, or IT industries. Proven success with telecalling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and lead research. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.). Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital strategy, and creative services. Confidence in sales calls, video meetings, and closing high-value deals. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and proposal writing skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Knowledge of marketing funnels, campaign strategies, and client acquisition processes. Willingness to work in night shift (U.S. time zone). Proficiency in lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or UpLead is a plus. Strong analytical mindset — capable of interpreting data, building reports, and refining sales strategies. Bonus Skills (Preferred) Prior experience in digital marketing agencies or creative studios. Understanding of international business communication etiquette. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM workflows. Experience with Upwork / Clutch / B2B platforms for client outreach.
