Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to support our sales growth. The role involves generating leads, converting inquiries, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, events, and networking
  • Prospect and generate qualified leads from online/offline sources
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly business targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Present company products/services and prepare proposals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Maintain records of sales activities in CRM and prepare regular reports
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding

  • Goal-oriented and able to handle sales pressure
  • Strong presentation and customer relationship skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic & proactive attitude
  • Graduation in any discipline
