Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving company growth, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Research emerging markets, industry trends, and competitors to support strategic planning.
• Lead Acquisition: Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through outreach, referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
• Sales Planning: Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and implement client acquisition strategies.
• Client Engagement: Develop long-lasting relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure an excellent service experience.
• Deal Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor and document business development activities and share insights for decision-making.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with teams such as marketing, operations, and product to ensure alignment of goals.
• Networking Activities: Participate in industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand the company's professional network.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in BTech or a related discipline; an MBA will be considered an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Good negotiation and presentation abilities
• Analytical mindset with an understanding of market behaviour
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
