Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDE) in Jalandhar. The role involves lead generation, student counseling, marketing initiatives, and promoting IELTS & Immigration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and social media.
• Counsel students and parents regarding IELTS courses, visa processes, and study-abroad options.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments and visa applications.
• Support marketing campaigns, workshops, seminars, and promotional events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, and institutes.
• Track market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in Jalandhar.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enrollments, and daily activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation in any stream (Marketing/Business preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, education, or immigration services. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and marketing activities.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of social media platforms.
