About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving company growth, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities Market Analysis: Research emerging markets, industry trends, and competitors to support strategic planning. Lead Acquisition: Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through outreach, referrals, networking, and follow-ups. Sales Planning: Partner with marketing and sales teams to design and implement client acquisition strategies. Client Engagement: Develop long-lasting relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure an excellent service experience. Deal Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements to achieve profitable outcomes. Performance Reporting: Monitor and document business development activities and share insights for decision-making. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with teams such as marketing, operations, and product to ensure alignment of goals. Networking Activities: Participate in industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand the company's professional network. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in BTech or a related discipline; an MBA will be considered an advantage. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
