Role Overview - We are looking for a Performance Marketing powerhouse — someone who is not just good at ads, but obsessed with scaling, optimizing, and strategising. You must have deep hands-on experience with Facebook (Meta) Ads and Google Ads, especially in e-commerce sales and lead generation. You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling full-funnel performance strategies — from awareness to conversion and retention. This is not a button-pressing role; this is a strategy, execution, and leadership role rolled into one. You will lead campaign planning, creative direction, automation setup, reporting, and optimization — managing high budgets, multiple platforms, and cross-functional collaboration with the creative, technical, and content teams. We want someone who takes initiative, owns outcomes, and can build performance engines from scratch. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and scale ad campaigns on Facebook (Meta) and Google Ads with a strong focus on e-commerce sales and lead generation. Manage high-budget campaigns efficiently — with proven experience in scaling profitable ROAS and reducing CPA. Develop end-to-end performance marketing strategies: from audience research, creative planning, funnel setup, to campaign optimization. Create custom marketing funnels tailored to different stages — awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention. Work across multiple platforms — including LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and marketplaces like Amazon — to drive growth. Execute and manage marketing automation flows for remarketing, abandoned cart recovery, lead nurturing, and post-purchase engagement. Analyze data deeply — interpret metrics, spot trends, and turn insights into actionable strategies. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate performance, learnings, and next steps. Collaborate closely with creative, content, and technical teams to align campaigns with brand tone and goals. Test, iterate, and optimize campaigns relentlessly — across audiences, placements, and creatives. Build and document performance strategies and SOPs that guide future scaling efforts. Understand customer psychology, audience behavior, and buyer journeys — and translate them into high-converting ad copy and funnels. Ensure smooth integration between creative storytelling and performance execution, balancing both art and analytics. Required Skills & Qualifications Absolute expertise in Facebook Ads & Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max). Proven experience in scaling e-commerce campaigns with significant monthly budgets. Strong knowledge of lead generation funnels and automation systems (HubSpot, Zapier, Klaviyo, etc.). Deep understanding of funnel marketing — awareness → interest → conversion → loyalty. Exceptional ability to analyze campaign data, derive insights, and optimize for ROI and ROAS. Strategic thinker — capable of building entire marketing systems and funnels from scratch. Strong understanding of customer psychology and digital persuasion — able to craft and refine messaging that converts. Excellent skills in marketing automation, tracking setup, and attribution modeling. Strong copywriting intuition and creative collaboration skills. Experience with marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) and multi-channel ecosystems. Capable of managing multiple brands or verticals simultaneously. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Looker Studio.
