Job Title: Business Development Associate (Core Team) – Vynce Digital
Location: Hybrid (Remote + On-site | India)
Compensation: Competitive salary + Performance-based incentives
Hours: 48 hours/week
Role Overview
Business Development Associate
not limited to lead generation
founders, tech leads, and delivery teams
Sales Conversations & Closures
- Conduct discovery and sales calls with international clients.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and expectations.
- Clearly communicate Vynce Digital’s offerings, processes, and value.
- Coordinate proposals, pricing, and timelines with internal teams.
- Handle objections and close deals independently within defined guidelines.
Relationship & Pipeline Management
- Build long-term relationships with international clients.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach, calls, and deal stages.
- Track pipeline health and report progress weekly.
- Support upselling, cross-selling, and retainer conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify and research target industries, ideal client profiles, and decision-makers.
- Generate outbound leads through
LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, partnerships, and referrals
. - Handle inbound leads from marketing channels and qualify them effectively.
- Maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.
2. Lead Qualification & Discovery
- Conduct
discovery calls
to understand client goals, challenges, budget, and timelines. - Qualify leads using
BANT, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks
. - Assess technical feasibility in collaboration with internal teams.
- Identify whether the opportunity is a
good long-term fit
for Vynce Digital.
3. Solution Selling & Proposals
- Position Vynce Digital’s services clearly—
web development, SaaS, e-commerce, UI/UX, custom software
. - Work with tech and design teams to:
- Define scope
- Prepare proposals and estimates
- Create pitch decks and solution documents
- Present proposals to clients and address objections with confidence.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead pricing, scope, and timeline discussions.
- Handle objections and contract discussions professionally.
- Close deals that are commercially viable and delivery-friendly.
- Ensure a smooth
handover to delivery teams
post-closure.
5. Client Relationship & Account Growth
- Build strong relationships with clients post-sale.
- Identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling
. - Support long-term account growth and repeat business.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams when needed.
6. CRM, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Track key metrics: lead sources, conversion rates, deal size, sales cycle.
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Continuously improve sales scripts, outreach strategies, and qualification processes.
Must-Have Qualifications
4+ years of experience
in Business Development / Sales in a digital agency, IT services, or SaaS company
.- Strong understanding of
digital services and software development workflows
. - Proven experience managing the
entire sales cycle
, not just lead generation. - Excellent
spoken and written communication skills
. - Experience using
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.). - Comfortable working with
targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to
international markets
(US, UK, EU, Middle East, Australia). - Familiarity with
sales qualification frameworks
(BANT, MEDDIC). - Experience in
consultative or solution-based selling
. - Basic understanding of technical concepts (APIs, SaaS, web stacks — high level).
- Experience working in
startup or agency environments
. - Ability to collaborate directly with founders and senior leadership.
