Position

Full-Stack Developer

Location

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, scalable web applications using
React.js / Next.js, Node.js, Express.js
.
Build and customize websites on
WordPress (themes, plugins, WooCommerce)
and
Shopify (Liquid templates, custom features)
.
Design, implement, and maintain databases (
MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL
).
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal), and other services.
Manage hosting and deployments on
AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean, or cPanel-based hosting
.
Collaborate with the Business Manager and design team to deliver projects on time.
Debug, test, and optimize performance across different devices and browsers.

Must-Have Qualifications

Strong knowledge of
React.js / Next.js, Node.js, Express.js
.
Hands-on experience with
WordPress (themes, plugins, WooCommerce)
and
Shopify (Liquid templates)
.
Proficiency in
MongoDB and MySQL/PostgreSQL
databases.
Solid understanding of
REST API development & integration
.
Experience with
responsive design frameworks
(Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
Familiarity with
Git / GitHub
for version control.
Ability to deploy and manage applications on cloud/hosting platforms (AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean, cPanel).

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

TypeScript for scalable projects.
GraphQL, Firebase, or Supabase.
Docker / CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Strapi, Sanity, or other headless CMS platforms.
Familiarity with Agile workflows and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira).
Basic knowledge of
SEO optimization
for websites.
UI/UX collaboration experience (Figma, Material-UI, Chakra UI).

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience as a
Full-Stack Developer
(agency or freelance experience with international clients is a big plus).
Strong
problem-solving skills
and ability to work independently in a small team.
Good communication skills in English (written + verbal).
Located within a
commutable distance to Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir
.

Compensation

₹25,000 - 30,000 /month
(depending upon experience)
Quick Delivery bonus per project Completion (₹2k–₹3k if project completed much sooner than deadline)
