Business Manager

At Vynce Digital, we are building a digital solutions company that will help businesses/individuals grow their online presence through websites, digital marketing, and hosting services. Our focus is on international clients, giving our team global exposure from day one.

We are currently in the founding stage - setting up our operations, building our first team, and preparing to launch. This means you’ll be joining right at the start, working closely with the founder to shape the company’s direction.

Position

Founding Business Manager - Full-time (Hybrid initially, On-site once office is ready in Srinagar)

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder to set up company processes, workflows, and systems.

• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth project delivery.

• Hire and coordinate with the initial core team (developers, designers, marketers).

• Handle client communication, proposals, and relationship management.

• Support in business development - exploring opportunities and helping close deals.

• Track budgets, timelines, and overall performance metrics.

• Contribute ideas to strategy and growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in business management, operations, or project management (IT/digital industry preferred).

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication (written + verbal) for client-facing work.

• Comfortable working in a startup/early-stage environment.

• Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management (MBA a plus).

Compensation

• ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience)
