We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Location Business Manager to lead our sales teams in different areas, ensuring recruitment, development, and grooming of sales teams while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience and must be based in Indore, Raipur, Ghaziabad, or Nagpur.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure recruitment, development, and grooming of sales teams.
Adhere to policies, procedures, processes, and other regulatory requirements while conducting sales.
Manage the Profit and Loss of the Territory.
Meet Sales & Collection targets.
Drive promotional activities by partnering with dealers.
Monitor and report on residual management performance weekly to Regional management.
