Founding Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founder to

  set up company processes, workflows, and systems

  .
• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth project delivery.

• Hire and coordinate with the initial core team

  (developers, designers, marketers).
• Handle client communication, proposals, and relationship management.
• Support in

  business development

  — exploring opportunities and helping close deals.
• Track budgets, timelines, and overall performance metrics.
• Contribute ideas to strategy and growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in

  business management, operations, or project management

  (IT/digital industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication (written + verbal) for client-facing work.
• Comfortable working in a

  startup/early-stage environment

  .
• Knowledge of project management tools (Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management (MBA a plus).

Compensation

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

  (depending on experience)
