Business Manager

Role Overview

The Business Manager will lead, develop, and manage the mobile trade business across the Amritsar region (APPLE BUSINESS), with full responsibility for revenue, market expansion, distribution performance, channel profitability, and a cumulative turnover of ₹250–₹500 crore annually.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Business Management

• Own and drive annual business turnover of ₹250–₹500 crore.
• Develop quarterly and annual sales strategies aligned with regional market demand.

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage a team of ASM, TSM, SO, promoters, and field sales staff.
• Drive performance reviews, capability building, and regular field coaching.
• Implement structured daily MIS, beat plans, and territory-level execution discipline.

Operational & Financial Controls

• Monitor P&L for the region, including margins, claims, schemes, and credit exposure.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of mobile/telecom trade and distribution ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume turnover (₹250–₹500 crore).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and business planning.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
