Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The role involves handling company-generated leads, explaining our resort investment plans, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Achieve Assigned Sales Targets

✔ Cold Calling & Lead Generation (basic)

✔ Follow-up with company-provided leads

✔ Explain investment plans clearly to clients

✔ Convert enquiries into successful sales

✔ Maintain daily sales reports & CRM updates

✔ Build and maintain client relationships

✔ Attend meetings, webinars & training sessions

Skills & Requirements

Strong communication & presentation skills

Ability to handle customer objections

Good negotiation and closing skills

Target-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as a team

Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
