Build strong local influencer networks: ex-servicemen, panchayat heads, colleges, police stations, veterans, and more. Create a positive G4S image across rural job seekers. 2. Candidate Engagement & Screening Speak to candidates about life-changing benefits of joining G4S: Timely salary | PF/ESI | Training | Career growth | Uniformed dignity Screen for physical criteria: height, grooming, discipline, attitude, communication. Verify Aadhaar, PAN, education, and bank documents. 3. Sourcing Campaigns & Local Drives Plan and conduct roadside hiring camps, village sabhas, and job promotion drives. Distribute leaflets, posters, referral slips, and digital recruitment messages via WhatsApp/local groups. Create a buzz around G4S as the most trusted employment brand in the security sector . 4. Mobilization & Joining Organize and personally accompany batches of selected candidates to the training or joining centers. Coordinate stay, travel, documentation, and ID generation. Minimize dropouts and maximize joining-to-retention ratio. 5. Reports, Tracking & Communication Maintain candidate logs, attendance records, drop-out insights. Submit weekly performance reports via mobile/HRMS apps. Attend HUB/Zonal team calls and reviews regularly.
