Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience to lead our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements
