Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define, plan, and execute hiring strategies aligned to organizational goals.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Drive hiring across technical domains (Aerospace, Mechanical, Embedded Systems, Avionics, Software Engineering) and non-technical functions (Manufacturing, SCM, Quality, Stores, Finance, IT, HR).
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for niche and emerging skill sets.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels — LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and referrals — to attract top talent.
• Ensure seamless candidate experience and efficient coordination across stakeholders.
• Track and present hiring metrics, dashboards, and progress reports to business and HR leadership.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in hiring for the Aerospace and Defence ecosystem.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 6–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in Aerospace, Defence, Hi-Tech Engineering, or Automotive R&D organizations.
• Proven success in hiring mid to senior-level professionals across both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong stakeholder, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to operate independently under pressure and deliver quality outcomes on time.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• A Master’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Software / Electronics / Mechanical) is an added advantage.
