Role - Talent Acquisition Specialist


Role & responsibilities


This is a full-time, on-site position for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a leading Small Finance Bank. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.


Qualifications


Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills

Experience in Hiring and Interviewing

Employer Branding skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


Industry : Banking/ NBFC
