Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
Review applications and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and job fit.
Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates suitability, communication skills, and interest.
Share shortlisted profiles with internal teams and coordinate the next rounds of interviews.
Stay in touch with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and reduce dropouts.
Assist in salary negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with HR and the candidate.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in tracking systems or databases.
Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets as defined by the company or client requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to advise hiring strategies.
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months - 1 years of experience in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, or payroll (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Friendly, approachable, and able to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Comfortable working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools or databases.
Proactive, disciplined, and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support various departments when needed.
