Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Compound Developer to design, develop, and optimize rubber compounds for tyre applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in polymer science, rubber chemistry, and mixing technology, and will be responsible for creating formulations that meet performance, cost, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize rubber compounds for various tyre components (tread, sidewall, innerliner, etc.). Conduct lab-scale mixing and physical testing of rubber compounds.
