Position:
HR Recruiter (Female Only)

Location:
Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana

Timings:

Monday Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Source and engage potential candidates via job-boards, social media & referrals
Conduct screening calls and initial interviews in English – clear, confident, friendly
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles and candidate fit
Maintain recruitment databases and ensure a smooth candidate journey
Schedule interviews, coordinate follow-ups and assist onboarding
Meet recruitment targets, suggest improvements, and adapt to incentive-based early-logout model
