Role & responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for lateral hires across multiple functions, locations and Countries.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies based on role requirements, market trends, and organizational goals.
Build and maintain a strong network of talent and stay informed about key movements in the industry.
Engage and influence hiring managers to align recruiting efforts with business needs.
Source candidates through a variety of channels and ensure a strong pipeline of high-quality resumes.
Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate end-to-end interviews.
Track key recruitment metrics and maintain hiring progress and performance.
Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Share relevant market intelligence and hiring trends with internal stakeholders.
