Senior Recruitment Executive

The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a strong network of technical professionals, and proven experience in sourcing and hiring for non-IT roles across global projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in vendor inspection, quality control, and field operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of critical positions

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5

  -10 years

  of recruitment experience in

  Oil & Gas, EPC, Renewable

  industries.
• Minimum bachelors degree.
• Familiar with Recruitment job boards such as Naukri Gulf, Naukri India etc.
• Understanding of

  vendor inspection roles

  is additional advantage.
• Experience in hiring for non-IT technical positions.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Exposure to international recruitment and global mobility.
• Familiarity with recruitment tool or ATS.
