Role Overview

Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions in Oil & Gas, EPC, and related domains.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles and future project requirements.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas / EPC sectors.
• Strong knowledge of onshore and offshore project roles (engineering, construction, HSE, etc.).
• Familiarity with global mobility and expatriate hiring processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and MS Office tools.

Preferred

• Experience in high-volume hiring for large-scale EPC projects.
• Understanding of international labor laws and visa processes.
• Certification in HR or Recruitment (optional but desirable).
