Key Responsibilities

You will independently handle:

• Market research & talent intelligence

• Market mapping & long-listing

• Candidate outreach & engagement

• Primary screening & assessment

• Shortlist report creation

• Interview coordination

• Client & candidate communication

• ATS and Database updates

• Supporting senior consultants on CXO and mid–senior level mandates
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of recruitment experience

  (mandatory)

• Prior exposure to manufacturing / engineering / industrial sector hiring

• Ability to work

  autonomously

  with minimal supervision
• Strong ownership mindset: reliable, committed, sincere
• Go-getter attitude with excellent follow-through
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and consistency
• Familiarity with ATS tools & structured reporting
