Operate autonomously to manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding within agreed-upon timelines. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, headcount and develop hiring strategy based on best practices and proactive identify and anticipate future hiring needs. Deliver a great candidate experience, reflected in positive candidate feedback (e.g. NPS score). Communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels, confidently managing up by keeping leaders informed and advocating for what s needed to excel. Manage job postings, applicant tracking system, and recruitment reporting. Improve hiring processes and track key recruitment metrics like cost per hire, time to hire and retention rates. Manage relationships with headhunters and agencies to source roles where needed. Assist with onboarding processes for the India team. 4+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience Fluent in English, with strong writing and speaking skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly independent and self-directed Thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments; deliver results with minimal supervision and strong self-direction. Strong organizational and project management abilities. You care about processes and details when they matter, but don t get stuck in the weeds.
