Operate the core shooter to inject sand into the mold cavity under high pressure. Monitor compaction to ensure uniform density and shape. 3. Curing Process Cure the injected sand using heat or chemical reactions. Ensure cores are hardened properly to withstand molten metal during casting. 4.
