Managing maintenance budgets and tracking expenses.

Ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks and minimizing downtime.

Facility and Equipment Management:

Inspecting facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues.

Maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Managing inventory of spare parts and supplies.

Coordinating with vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance needs.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Maintaining a safe working environment for maintenance personnel and other employees.

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Communication and Reporting:

Communicating effectively with team members, management, and other departments.

Preparing and maintaining maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
