Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of a Production Planning Control professional include:

Project Planning and Execution:

This role involves meticulously planning production schedules, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring timely execution of projects to meet customer demands and production targets.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

The Production Planning Control personnel are responsible for resolving production bottlenecks, addressing supply chain disruptions, and making critical decisions to optimize production processes.

Interacting with production, procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to streamline operations, enhance communication, and achieve operational excellence.
Leadership and Mentorship:

Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the production planning department.
Process Improvement and Innovation:

Continuously evaluating production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities:
