POSITION SUMMARY SPM Designer-Automation Department MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES NPD Assembly machines process design and drafting using AutoCAD and Pro E BOM, Manufacturing planning, PR raise, and work follow-up. Project work plan and coordination with team members. RFQ Quotation work, PRL discussion, design support, DFM review with external machine suppliers. Technical support on process/inspection equipment design, development, and implementation in Molding, stamping, plating, and QA Lab New technology introduction and supplier sourcing. Process optimization and corrective action against customer complaints Other site Machine transfer, operators training, installation, and trial debug support. New product variant on existing lines, adaptation design, and development.

Manufacturing process engineering. APU P&L assembly. Margin and productivity Improvements. Drive process improvements and automation, Assembly Machine Preventive maintenance. DL efficiency and HC reduction OEE improvement Scrap reduction Capacity planning and developments Lead and Manage team (assembly, Quality , planning, Preventive maintenance). 5S and continuous improvement workshops.. On time delivery and LTR reduction Response to customer Preferred candidate profile Engineering + minimum 15-20 Years of Experience in manufacturing / mass production field (Connector background preferred)
