Job Description

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting customer specific requirements of different customers (automotive and non-automotive)
  • Contract Review / Quote verification / PO booking in ERP system
  • Close follow up with Operations team / billing coordination
  • Fast response / Reliable commitment to customers
  • Ensure on time delivery to customers / Early Warning for delay
  • Customer specific portal updations / VMI Management
  • Payment Follow ups / reconciliation
  • Internal & External Customer interaction and meeting escalations
  • Execution of Sample Orders
  • New Customer / Supplier Creation
  • Meeting monthly revenue in line with SOP
  • Analyzing marginal impact / supplier PO loading
  • Inventory management & analysis
  • Forecast based planning for global accounts
  • Audit related matters

Preferred candidate profile

Education

  • B Tech / Bachelors Degree +MBA

Experience

Skills

  • Adequate knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Good verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Logical reasoning and analytical skills
