Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Team Lead- Production Procurement Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP preparation, Monitor OTDP, Manage customer escalations

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Connector industry is mandatory.
Lead Planning team, CSR and functions.
Managing the process of planning and ordering of Raw Material and Purchased parts within the frame work of inventory targets.
Work on setting Inventory targets, initiate inventory reduction actions and progress tracking
Work on Revenue forecast files, finalize monthly revenue using Order forecast and backlog & rolling out Production Plan
Monitor OTDP and drive to meet the target consistently.
Manage customer escalations/ urgencies without Customer line downs
Highlight critical issues to management which are influencing revenue forecast or Customer deliveries
Manage planners for,
Daily Order acknowledgement.
Daily review of MRP planned orders and action messages
Review of Customer escalations/pull in with production shops and give feedback to CS
Raw material Planning
Release purchase requests
Department wise Production scheduling for SFG
Work Order release to assembly matching with Customer backlog
Progress Monitoring of production and Escalation where issues are observed
