Production Planning And Control Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Production Workflow Coordination

Plan and manage production processes for one or multiple products to ensure smooth operations.

2. Operations Scheduling & Prioritization

Prioritize tasks and schedule operations to maximize output and minimize delays.

3. Resource Planning

Determine required manpower, machinery, and raw materials to meet production demands.

4. Staff Assignment

Allocate workers and staff to specific production tasks for optimal performance.

5. Shift Scheduling

Create and manage shift schedules based on production requirements.

6. Progress Monitoring

Track job progress to ensure timely completion within allocated budgets.

7. Issue Management

Quickly resolve production issues to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow.

8. Production Output Analysis

Collect and evaluate data on finished goods, defect rates, and production performance.

9. Reporting

Prepare and present detailed reports on production status and overall efficiency.

10. Documentation & Organization

Maintain accurate and organized records of production activities and paperwork.

11. Cross-Department Collaboration

Work closely with quality control, warehouse, and other departments to streamline production processes.

1. Proven experience as production planner

2. Knowledge of Basic English

3. Working knowledge of Ms Word, Ms Excel and ERP System.

4. Graduate degree at least (Preferred Engineer)

5. Prior experience in furniture or interior organisation

6. Young and Dynamic (Preferred Age : 28 - 45 years)
