As a Recruitment Manager, your role involves overseeing various aspects of the recruitment process to ensure efficient hiring practices. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Team Handling (Tele-Recruiters): - Supervise and guide a team of tele-recruiters to meet hiring targets. - Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion rates. - Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance. - Recruitment Data Management: - Maintain and update recruitment databases (ATS, Excel, HRMS). - Generate reports on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.). - Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. - End-to-End Recruitment: - Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage offer letters. - Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements. - Team Training & Development: - Conduct training sessions for tele-recruiters on sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and compliance. - Organize workshops on HR policies, tools, and industry trends.
