As an HR Recruiter, you will be required to evaluate candidates" knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience to ensure the best fit for the organization. Coordinating interviews for selected candidates with prospective companies is also part of the role. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to conduct thorough research and comprehend business processes. Strong learning capabilities and the ability to foster positive relationships with candidates are essential qualities. A positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and the proficiency in rapport building are characteristics that we value in potential candidates. Moreover, proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes and computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet usage are prerequisites for this position. We encourage referrals and request forwarding of job postings to suitable candidates interested in advancing their careers in the HR domain. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits that include cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, internet reimbursement, and paid time off.
