Job Description

As an SME Talent Acquisition Specialist with a leading Shared Services organization in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for supporting Middle East recruitment operations, specifically focusing on power/energy/oil & gas sectors. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: - Handle job postings, sourcing, and interview scheduling - Manage candidate documentation, background checks, and offers - Maintain recruitment data, reports, and SLAs - Utilize ATS/HRIS tools such as SAP, SuccessFactors, etc. - Ensure strong stakeholder communication and reporting Qualifications Required: - Experience in end-to-end recruitment, with MEA hiring experience preferred - Strong communication and MS Office skills - Knowledge of ATS/HRIS tools and data reporting If you join this organization, you will work in a general shift from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Sunday to Thursday, in the office located in Gurgaon.
