HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the End-To-End recruitment process which includes sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and referrals. You will be coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews. Your role will also involve developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and being well-versed in various sourcing channels and job portals. Additionally, you will handle the onboarding process ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Manage End-To-End recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates - Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies - Utilize various sourcing channels and job portals effectively - Handle onboarding process and ensure accurate completion of documentation - Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Work independently and as part of a team Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA-HR preferred - Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in End-To-End Recruitment - Freshers are also preferred - Confident and smart candidate with good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Please note that the job is Full-time and the work location is in person.,
