HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Preparing and maintaining employee personnel files and HR databases. - Supporting the onboarding and induction of new employees. - Helping to organize employee engagement activities and training programs. - Ensuring proper communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Handling employee queries regarding HR-related issues such as leaves, benefits, and salary slips. - Assisting with statutory compliance documentation including PF, ESI, and gratuity. - Preparing HR letters, memos, and reports as required. - Coordinating exit formalities and maintaining records of resigned employees. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA in HR. - 1 year of experience in HR or administration. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
