Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Kozhikode. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations. Daily tasks include managing and supporting the customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and analyzing customer service metrics to enhance service quality. Additionally, the manager will develop customer service policies and procedures and ensure their consistent implementation across the team.

  • Customer Service Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Communication skills
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
